All testing information obtained on your behalf by National Health Testing is confidential and will not be shared with 3rd parties without your authorization. All testing results will be reviewed by our partner physicians then released for your review. National Health Testing and its partners are required by law to report positive test results for all communicable diseases. In these cases we only report the minimum amount of information required by law to your local State Department of Public Health. We will never report any personal information or test results to your health insurance company or any other individuals or entities without your authorization. All information regarding your testing is kept on file by National Health Testing for one year after being collected. Your personal information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. Authorize.net does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
